We have two rooms in our new building. In one room we give yoga lessons and in the other room we give meditation. It is arranged in such a way that when you step inside you immediately relax. There are many windows in both rooms which ensures a nice lighting. On the other side is a mirror wall. So you can watch yourself during the exercises.
Every morning Jeroen gets up an hour earlier to be able to meditate. Then he goes to work and can start the day well. In the evening he takes yoga classes. He never expected yoga and meditation to change his life.
